Exhibit Well Attended by ER Docs at #AAEM15

Emergency physicians at #AAEM15 took a serious look at SCAD and asked many questions to better understand their role in heading off heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest in patients with spontaneous coronary artery dissection.

SCAD Alliance took our key message of symptom recognition to the front lines, exhibiting at the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) Scientific Assembly, March 1 – 3, 2015, in Austin, TX. AAEM is a specialty society committed to the professional development and continuing education of emergency medicine professionals.

As shown in the accompanying photo, emergency physicians were receptive – and even grateful – for information about SCAD and what to consider when younger, seemingly healthy patients with heart attack symptoms arrive in their care at the Emergency Department.
